Pain and discomfort are totally subjective, but in general, handpoking is less traumatic to the skin and is therefor (usually) less painful

100%. When done properly, a handpoked tattoo will last just as long + fade at the same rate as a machine-made tattoo

Not at all! Though most of the work I do tends to be on the smaller side, I’m also totally game for for larger projects.

This totally depends on the design. Some designs only require one needle; others will use many in different sizes and groupings.

generally, i prefer it to be just us, but you’re welcome to bring 1 extra person along with you to your appointment (unless otherwise specified)
if bringing a guest, please be mindful of your interactions during the session. my work typically requires a lot of intense focus, and excess background chatter, laughing, fidgeting, etc. can occasionally be distracting and/or affect the outcome of the tattoo

Yes! all designs get sent to you for review prior to your session.
Typically you are provided a couple of different options, which we can edit as-needed, prior to tattoo day

yes! I offer one complimentary touch; beyond that, a touch-up on its own is $25/half hour
